Sorry for all the threads lately, but I seem to be having a harder time applying the second time around! Anyways, the personal data form asks "HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CITED, ARRESTED, CONVICTED, OR FINED FOR ANY VIOLATION OF THE LAW? THIS INCLUDES HAVING MADE A PLEA OF GUILTY, ACCEPTED A DEFERRED JUDGEMENT, BEEN ADJUDICATED, OR BEEN REQUIRED TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER." I have recieved two different traffic tickets, but had them both moved down to non-moving violations. Do I need to put these down and explain them?

If it says "NON-MOVING", then just write down that you had "2 Parking Tickets". It will not be held against you; YET, it will show that you aren't trying to HIDE anything. In other words, it can actually "BENEFIT" your integrity. Just my $0.0428382943 (Inflation).

Will do, thanks for the advice. Also the last bit there gave me a good laugh!
