Virtual candidate visit

Anyone receive an invite to the virtual candidate visit this week at USNA? My DD accepted and will be attending starting today. My question is - she already attended an in-person candidate visit in January. She accepted the virtual visit because of course you do! But she wasn’t sure if it was a mistake that she got another invite? I know they are struggling with the new system so I thought I’d ask the folks on here If anyone had any insight?

Who knows? It might depend on the meaning of mistake. Since it's virtual they may be inviting everyone. Would that be a mistake?
 
Usually candidates only get 1 in person CVW. With the new virtual world I am sure more candidates and participate. It’s great she had an in person. I would attend the virtual until she is told otherwise.
 
i think DD got the virtual invite...but she fid CVW in Feb and virtual SS so opted to not participate with everything else dhe has going on right now
 
Does she have her application packet completed? My son was invited to an in-person one in late winter last year but couldn't attend due to a conflict with his winter sport's district championship. He has not been invited to a virtual one.
 
DS registered, but never received anything back. Email said that he would receive an email if registered for the visit. He hasn't been able to get in touch with anyone there. Anybody similar story?
Maybe he wasn't selected bc he did a visit in Feb also. that possible?
 
She went to the first day. They told her she shouldn’t have received a second virtual CVW If she’s already done one and it was probably a computer error, so she decided to opt out of the rest of the virtual visit. She has already submitted her application and essays. Now we wait !
