Waiting For Living Allowance AROTC

I'm a MS-1 AROTC Cadet who contracted on 7 September. I'm waiting on my first living allowance and my reimbursement for my first semester books. I've heard it takes 2-3 weeks, and the three week mark has passed. I've also heard it wont clear the bank for 45 days. Does anyone know when I should have it. It should total about 900 dollars, and we all know college students go broke pretty quick. Thanks in advance for the information.
 
For what it's worth DS contracted about 2 weeks before you and got his first stipend payment and book allowance last week.
 
DS got his first AFROTC stipend today (I think he contracted around the 7th, too.). No book allowance yet.
 
The person that’s knows is probably at your ROTC program. Have you asked anyone there? Has your HRA received all your paperwork? Have any of the other contracted MS 1s received their stipend payment? And when you do get paid it’s not going to take 45 days to clear...it will be direct deposited into your bank account. You have been checking you account balance, haven’t you?
