It will come in your DODMERB portal. You will get both an email stating you have information and to check your DODMERB portal, which will contain the correspondence you can download and print. One of the correspondences can be “fully qualified”.

DODMETS: the contracted organization which coordinates armed forces medical accession testing and reporting. If you click on “About Us,” you’ll see they are a .com company.
DODMERB: the DOD organization responsible for evaluating for Q/DQ conditions against the established DOD standard. They review the results submitted from DODMETS.

The individual Services may waive or not waive DQs, according to their individual policies, which may differ due to mission, gear and operating environments.
