West Point SLE Portal Question

Hi guys,

I was accepted into the West Point SLE program about two months ago. I sent in my documents and waiver forms to USMA around the end of february and they replied that they received my package after I emailed them in the beginning of March. My portal still shows up as having all the documents listed "Not Received." Despite me emailing them two times already they have not replied to my messages and my portal hasn't changed. I am a little worried about what's going on with the logistics, but I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue?

My daughter is going, we sent in paperwork & it changed to received after about a week. Then they asked for travel info so CALL them tomorrow. They were very nice when we called on another subject.

Ok thank you so much I will try to call them although whenever I've had questions through email they've responded, but recently they haven't
