The cadre is is made up of C2C and C1C (Juniors and seniors) who are in charge of basic training for the new basic trainees. There are active duty officers and non-commissioned officers overlooking to ensure basic is done properly, but BCT is "Cadets training New Cadets". The cadets doing the training and in charge, are the "Cadre".
