What happens after an offer is extended?

So I just received word from my admissions officer that my medical waiver was cleared and that sometime early next I should be receiving my official offer. What do I need to do after that? I’ve heard of having to get prints done, get a dentists appointment etc. As I plan for graduation I just want to know what is in store for me.

Thanks again, and I did try looking for previous answers but I did not find many.

Congratulations!!!
Possibly you should make a dentist Appointment, if you think it'll take long at all to get in. However you'll still need the specific paperwork, and instructions for the types of xrays/exam. If you need any work done, such as wisdom teeth pulled, cavities filled, etc, my understanding is that it has to be completed by May 26th, 30 days prior to R-Day.
But you can go to any dentist for this.
I would have your parents join a Facebook group, and join one for yourself, for good info on what to bring that is optional but recommended, etc....but you should have time to get what you need.
Of course, it'll all be updated in your portal.
Hopefully others here can further enlighten you.

You will receive an update on your portal. Click accept and then you are on your way.
The portal will provide the documents you need to complete (packets).
You have time. Two months. It will all come together.
The biggest thing might be wisdom teeth but at this point they may not recommend that you get them pulled before the start of school (you will need to have a PANX)--you can get your wisdom teeth pulled while you are at WestPoint.

Everything else is just filling in forms and the 'finger prints'...One of the big requirements is the security clearance paperwork from Mrs. Duins.

If you wear glasses, there is a form to be emailed, I believe next week for your glasses to be ready upon arrival

Hello, my DS had his dentist appointment today, with the panx . He still has his wisdom teeth, but they are not causing a problem. They recommend that they come out “ some time in the next 12 months” any thoughts? Should we wait, get them out now? Would we have to contact dodmerb?

get them out now- there will be no time once they start.

If he was asked to remove his wisdom teeth, then he should remove them. If not, he should just go with the teeth he has and let USMA help him figure it out.

Wait for the official offer to drop. Everything you have to do will be contained within your portal when it updates, it's pretty much the same format as the actual application.

Expetc to fill out a lot of forms. Police record check, immunization, prior medical, uniforms, shoes, etc etc

Cadets get their wisdom teeth taken out pretty frequently here- and it’s free. Just something to keep in mind with the DOD’s healthcare.
