What is the Naval Indoctrination Package?

It was in the logging in instructions and it says to bring a “COMPLETED NAVAL SCIENCE INDOCTRINATION PACKAGE”. What does this mean? We have no idea what this is/means.

I wanted to mention that I made copies of every form that he filled out; I scanned them and have digital copies on my computer. I also made copies of the documents that had to be mailed in and sent him with those just in case. Probably overkill but it feels better to have it all.
