I haven't had any reason to contact my ALO as of now, but I noticed that it is a requirement to contact them at least once over the course of the application. My deadline is today, and I'm not really sure what to say. I know that the councelor team is for application questions, so I'm confused about what I'm supposed to contact my ALO about. Can anyone help?

I would ask if they are available for a phone call. During the phone call I would just introduce yourself and explain how you used this forum for a lot of your questions regarding the Academy so you never had the need to reach out.

Then I would just ask some clarification questions about the academy and just have a conversation with your ALO. Sometimes during my application, I really didn’t have any questions but I just called my ALO to check in and make sure that him and I were on the same basis. Sometimes it‘s just good to contact your ALO as a mentor and a connection.

I asked if they would be willing to do a practice interview. You may not "need it" however everyone can benefit from practice
Big time advice! Do a practice interview for Pete's sake! It helped me a ton - I had a retired USAF officer at my church who gave me a practice interview and it was super helpful. I also got advice from my dad who has interviewed hundreds in his lifetime - get advice from anyone you know who knows more than you. If you really want to go to an academy, take the steps to set yourself up as best as possible.
