When does the application open up?

I have been looking and cannot find the answer to this question anywhere- I am sorry if this question is basic and the answer obvious. When does the USAFA application open up for the students who are current high school juniors? Thanks in advance.

As in they're a junior this upcoming school year? If so it's in the spring. If he or she will be a senior this autumn then it's open now. See here:
