I’m not sure yet. I’m waiting to hear back from USMA. Even if I do get into USMA, it’s going to be hard to choose between the two...

Although, if you were wondering, I have registered for the VMI Open House event from March 2-3! So see you there? Maybe?

Both are amazing schools. Reason why I chose USMA is because of 1. Location (New England is extremely important to me...I grew up there...miss it so much), 2. Size. It’s a little bigger so I get to meet more people. I’ll know a lot of names but not everyone’s... 3. What it means to be a cadet and graduate of USMA.

But it was hard. VMI has so many perks...and if I could I’d choose the Ratline over CBT, but, hey, I think I would love going to either school!!

I recommend thinking about especially the 3 factors above if you have to decide between Virginia Mil and USMA.

Yo USMA is surely awesome, world famous and definitely means a lot to graduate from there! I’m not egliable to apply to it tho, and when I browsed goarmy.com one day saw the SMC and VMI just caught my eyes ever since. The feeling is so strong that I would transfer there even I’m college junior lol the historical feeling and meaning man I can talk about this all day long! After all not all colleges are no ordinary and u shall be whatever u resolve u to be!

I went their open house last year already but why not i may go again and get to know my future battle buddy if I’m for sure going to be a Rat lol

Cadets and faculties were real nice when I was there (3 times) and I really enjoy the little lovely town Lexington

But yeah follow ur heart, both schools are great!

I'm in the same boat as you, waiting on USMA and then making the hard decision between the two. It's nice to see I'm not the only one with that decision to make. Which one would be your preference?
