I didn't even know USAFA sent Letters of Encouragement....I thought only USMA did that.

If it was an email telling you what you have to finish they send those 2 months out, 1 month and 2 weeks as reminders I just got mine today as I'm two months out. However if it's something else then I haven't gotten one

Yeah it was the same one, and I figured it was automatic given my day is two months away.
