Will I DQ

My name is Zion, I'm 19 and I was diagnosed with ADHD and a mild anxiety issues GAD but never had an anxiety attack. I was a worried kid. I went through a lot when I was little because I grew in a home with lead and with an abusive father who made my life horrible until I was 12.My mom got remarried. I was worried about my stepfather a lot HE almost died twice of an asthma attack. I was worried he would leave like my real dad but those fears went. I Became a boy scout dir the purpose of being prepared and joined the marching band and paintball every weekend.Last recent thing occurred I did not have an attack but in 2017 my Aunt was killed in a hit and run I went to a dark place didn't talk at school,didn't hang with friends grades never dropped just took time off for a bit I started working out a lot.I just wasn't me for a couple months doc gave me meds to cope. Coping wasn't the issue it was the bullying. She was on the news. Daily kids would tease and say stupid stuff like "wow another black person killed what for know, that your mom" for almost a year. Bullying is not an issue either I've been bullied since elementary school just this was just insane.You don't joke about death. I wanted to join the army that year. I'm off meds been for 9 months I recently took a methocholine challenge to prove I do not have adult asthma.i graduated high school with a 2.75 off ADHD medication. I also got a 46 on the asvab. I just wanted to know will they dq me.

It sounds like you have not had an easy time but good for you in keeping your head up and having a goal. The bottom line is no one on this forum really knows if you will be DQ. I definitely do not but you won't know until you apply and go through the process. Give it your best shot. You have nothing to lose by trying
