Not an expert with how the voodoo happens in admissions, but I have personally never heard of someone being told that their CFA score didn't pass. The USMA and USAFA will notify applicants, - but as far as I am aware - the USNA does not. It is good that you re-submitted your CFA scores. Zero (0) pull ups for a male is decidedly not good. Nine (9) is only half-way to the maximum, but shows tremendous improvement.
This is just my opinion mind you, but if you get to the point of "Complete Pending Review" with no further actions needed, then I think you can surmise that you are qualified. If you have a nomination, then you just wait.
That wait could be as long as April 15th.
Remember that you have until January 31st to complete your application. If you can do significantly better on the CFA, take it again.
