Wisdom teeth removal

Would anyone who has already accepted their USMMA offer for this year mind sharing the documentation regarding wisdom teeth and the need to remove them? My son has not yet accepted but I’d like to read the exact requirement. Thank you!
 
You can also find the information in the Logging In book from last year. Have you seen that book yet?

Thank you. We just found last year’s online. Any changes in this year’s with regard to wisdom teeth?

Also, I thought someone had said that if you don’t get them removed (for example if they are not erupted or impacted) that you needed to get a form or a letter from the dentist saying that. I’m not seeing that anywhere.

The logging in book for this year hasn't gone out yet. I think in April so cannot say if there are any changes. I do not think there have been any changes regarding wisdom teeth in years. I just tagged you in a post I "saved" months ago. It's from last year. It has all of the documents and letters listed that your DS will need. In it are details regarding Wisdom teeth.

Also, your mid will get more information on this issue during briefings before sea year. They will not be cleared for sea until wisdom teeth are taken care of.
