I have a few random ones.
What pace/distance should I be aiming for on runs? I am a female in good condition but I'm worried I'll be the one to slow the group down if it's a majority of guys.
Should I bring blister care or medical items or will that be issued or taken care of by medical staff?
What exactly should I be expecting when it comes to putting my hair up (when they decide if it needs to be cut or not)?
Thank you so much for offering your help. As I-day start getting closer, I find myself getting worried about such trivial things!
I'm part of BCT 2018 Cadre. If you have any questions, I can answer all of them, but I'd be happy to answer the ones I can.
I've heard from a 2017 guy that bct will be different from previous years. Without spoiling any surprises, what can you tell us about what changes are being made as well as why they are being made?

I've been hunting around the internet to answer this question, but to little avail.
What is the typical day for a basic cadet like, schedule-wise, both in the cadet area as well as in Jack's Valley?
Also, say if I were to get sage green Nike SFB combat boots, would I not be allowed to wear them until A-day, or until recognition?
Thanks!
People keep saying "DD and DF" what does this mean?
If cadets are stronger in one area over the other, which do you think is valued more/worked more at BCT, core or upper body strength? I play baseball and work legs and core much more than upper body because of my shoulder and my pushups/pullups are not where I would want them to be for BCT compared to running and such. Any tips?
