So does that mean I still have a chance? Or did they upload everything at once?
If ours still says "Boarded," have we not made it?
I believe in past years the portal was updated over the course of a couple of days for scholarship winners. If not, you will be considered for subsequent boards.
I am in the same position. 32 ACT and perfect interview (I think). Still says "boarded." Its safe to say I am going to be biting my nails until I know for sure.
Does my edited post still show, with my SAT scores? Strange.
Anyhow, now that I'm talking to someone who isn't me, I think you will get it within the next few days. But I have a calc test tomorrow and I'm very distracted, frankly. The ROO said she would be "shocked" if I didn't get it. But still I haven't got it! With my luck, this is exactly the type of thing that would happen.
Last year Cadet Command waited until they had all the letters ready to send and did a one time blast to the status pages with the results. In previous years it took a couple days to post all the results. It's anyone's guess how they are doing it this year, if nobody posts a change in status by tomorrow afternoon then you are most likely rolled over to the next board.
Awards from the first board are a fickle thing. When my younger son applied he had a 3.5 GPA and a 24 ACT, most of the ROO's told him if he received a scholarship it would probably be from the third board. He received the scholarship to 5 schools on the first board much too his and everyone's surprise. While his test scores were low, his leadership, EC's, and Athletics were off the charts, this is what they figured got him his selection on the first board. A high test score and academics are not always the deciding factor in which board you may be selected, school choices have a big impact as well.
Things open up a lot more in the next two boards so if your not selected don't lose hope and always have a Plan B, C, and D in your hip pocket.
Just notified that my DS is a Winner of a 4 year scholarship to Va Tech
What do you mean that they have a big impact? I chose really, really selective schools for my top 3. Schools with less than 10% acceptance rates. What does that mean?
Status changed to winner! 4 year scholarship to 1)Oklahoma State 2)Oklahoma or 3) TCU
The process is confusing and ... there is always a lot of head scratching when the awards start coming out.

DS just looked and has been awarded the 4-year scholarship to his top 3 schools. All of them are private schools that offer free room and board to scholarship winners. I agree with everybody else here in that you can't always figure out who will be first to get the scholarships. We were surprised that our DD, last year, did not get her Army ROTC Scholarship until the last board and she had slightly higher stats than our son has. She was also awarded 4 year scholarships to 3 schools, though, but they were here 1st, 3rd and 4th choice schools -1 private, 1 out of state public and 1 in-state public. Both of them got their NROTC scholarships awarded very early.
