The singular piece of bacon that made MEPS ~that~ much more enjoyable!When I make jalapeño cheese cornbread I pour the batter into a very large, well seasoned, sizzling hot cast-iron skillet of melted bacon fat before baking it in the oven. Makes the outer layer golden and crispy…so good!
Hot sauce. The only antidote.
