Does anyone think the release of Top Gun 2 may cause an increase in USNA applications, and maybe USAFA applications as well?
Well, I don't think it will encourage anyone to become an actuary.Does anyone think the release of Top Gun 2 may cause an increase in USNA applications, and maybe USAFA applications as well
Agree…but the kiddos willNo pilot worth their salt would wear Ray-Ban anything.
I think I'm gonna disagree here...No pilot worth their salt would wear Ray-Ban anything.
It depends what the mission and target are. If your target is known to be vulnerable to the Ray Ban look, and the lights in the bar are a little bright…oh wait, we are defining mission/target in a different operating environment. No pilot worth their salt would wear Ray-Ban anything.
ROFLMAOWell, I don't think it will encourage anyone to become an actuary.
Also respectfully disagree. Every military pilot I knew wore sun glasses to protect their eyes. I wore Navy issued sunglasses while I flew, and Ray Bans off duty- still wear them. The movie came out right after I was winged and it was good PR despite the flaws. Now wearing the sunglasses at night in the Miramar O... that's a different story. Although the song "Sunglasses at Night" was very popular - really dating myself.I think I'm gonna disagree here...
