My understanding is that the LEAD PS offers will be entered today and will show up online tomorrow morning (at least most of them). There can always be a few exceptions, however.

Commanders are notified when LEAD PS offers are being made, but many do not choose to notify the airmen themselves. The ones on this forum that were notified by their commanders are early (their offers aren't "official" yet). Hopefully the commanders didn't jump the gun.
