Most MOCs do not use the Primary nomination method and instead submit unranked slates. Unless you know that this particular MOC is designating a Primary (principal) THIS YEAR then don't assume that there is one.Mine got one too from him

@SemperFortis Colorado Senator interviews were October and November. Still waiting for nominations to be released.

My daughter received one from his office in 2012. I believe they mentioned that they do submit primary noms.
This is an unbelievable long waiting period, don't understand what's the rational reason behind it...
Our senators don't interview, due date for app was Sept 29. They didn't notify until Dec 28 (at least in my DS's case).
