Our DS has been Board Ready for a couple of months and at the end of this week remains with the same status. Assuming that he met the Board this week as application is complete and it reflected that he would see this Board, although it still shows 'Interview Pending' even though it's been done...

I also received the email from Missouri. I completed my interview in November and my status on the portal still shows as pending. If you select the Application tab at the top of the portal, it'll show a Selection Status tab which should reflect 'Board Ready' if your interview has been processed.
