I am a college applicant that received an appointment to USMA. If I use a course withdrawal for a class, would I be fine? It would show up as W on my transcript. I'm not failing the class, but my proffessor is terrible and I cannot stand her. I need advice.

When applying for the scholarship, make sure to prepare for the interview.

Took me about a week to transfer. Might be a good idea to contact the ROTC program at the other school, and ask them how long it my take to transfer the scholarship to their school just to put your name out there.

Originally received a 3 year scholarship which was later upgraded to a 4 year one -1310 sat -Definitely not the top of my class and did received any academic honors -did not participate in JROTC I think what helped me a lot was that I was prepared for my interview and in my opinion I nailed it.

My portal still says that USNA has not received my medical exam even though I completed my exam several months ago. I also have not received a TWE which means I am still in the running. Is anyone on the same boat as me? That their medical exam has not been received and they have not received a TWE.

Just got my rejection. Not disappointed or anything because I never received a nomination for the Air Force Academy. A bit surprised that they sent out their rejection letter this late because I didn't receive a nomination.

I have a question for the general forum. At what exact time did you receive your TWE via email (please adjust for ET)? I am trying to figure out if the TWEs were sent in one massive wave at the same time, or if people are receiving them as time progresses and throughout the day.

I was told that if you are appointed, MOCs will usually be the first notify you about your appointment which typically occurs on Fridays. So it's possible if you may have been accepted right now, but you won't be notified until Friday when an MOC calls you.
