portal updates are spotty. some people get their updates immediately, and some have been delayed a day. I have never been able to explain the reason why.

Is it possible that you can get the MSISR scholarship and a regular NROTC? Just curious. Just got MSISR but did not even apply to the school for it bc my NROTC coordinator just said to check yes on it to help my application.

It's a one or the other. If you receive the MSI scholarship, you can select a different HBC or HHE than the one you were placed at, but they will not offer both to one candidate.

Not to belabor the point but I would be interested to know of those currently in receipt of emails were Tier 1 or Tier 2 majors.

My son was an alternate with a Tier 2 major. He received his acceptance today.

AROTC is where DS was meant to be. As further proof 6 Chinooks just flew over our house. GO ARMY BEAT NAVY!
