Acceptable “face coverings” while in uniform (AROTC)

Would army green or black gator face coverings be acceptable in uniform? Or is it surgical masks only..?

Seems like a question best posed to your chain of command. Like all uniforms, there’ll be specific guidance best received from them, not anonymous posters.

Each set probably has preference, my AROTC roommate wears black masks, my AFROTC det issued masks with AF logos.

Big Army guidance was yes, black, grey or foliage colors (coyote tan, green) can be worn in uniform for masks. They actually wanted us staying away from surgical masks to allow them to be utilized by medical personnel as able

I made 50 of these to send to our son this summer while he was in BOLC. He distributed them to his unit and they got kudos for showing up for formation "in uniform." (The great thing about camo masks is no one knows you're wearing them. )

My unit has special regulations, based on the ones that my school's admin recommends. ask the unit.
