I was awarded a 3 year AD and choose my number one school for the scholarship with an intended major of business, but I was only accepted into arts and sciences. Now I am considered undecided at arts and sciences instead of business. Will this be a problem?

This should not be an issue since it was not a STEM Scholarship you received. I don't believe a Business major is considered a STEM major so being considered undecided in Arts and Sciences shouldn't be a problem. You could always let the cadre at your school know the situation, since it's a 3 year you will have your first year to fill out your 104R. You should be just fine.

No, it will not be an issue. Just make sure your major is correct when you sign your contract sophomore year.
