Been watching the churn on the board regarding offers and transfers. Happens every year. What is different this year is that Cadet Command has provided all the answers. How many of you have visited the "Additional Information tab" on the application website. Lo and behold...there is a page that has information regarding.....wait for it....Accepting and Transferring scholarship offers.
