I will be having a meeting with my local liaison officer in a few weeks and would appreciate some advice or tips regarding any and all aspects of the meeting/interview. He did mention that he wanted a resume, any tips on the format?

Did you read any of the stickies or previous posts on just such meetings?

I suspect any standard, one page, resume format will suffice.

I have read some other posts and gained a general understanding. Thought I'd try and find a few more quirks or other tiny things I may want to pay attention to. My ALO didn't specify on the resume format but I still wanted to cover all the bases. Thank you very much!

Some ALO's may care more about the resume format than others. The resume I brought to my interview was definitely not one page...it was more like 6 or so. I did this on purpose because making a 1-page resume would have forced me to leave out important items. I would encourage you to consider asking your ALO about this--if he/she is ok with it, I would absolutely make your resume longer than one page, unless you can fit literally everything on one sheet of paper. And regardless, I would give it an appropriate format that looks appealing and professional (no one right way to do this).

As far as the interview, dress well, be yourself, be there before your ALO, and most importantly, answer truthfully. It is really not that bad and ALO's are actually quite nice (at least in my experience). :) Good luck!
