AFROTC waiver for an IEP, that has had little impact on my academics.

Hey, sorry for another one of these questions, but I haven't found a forum regarding my question, so here I am. So I have an IEP, it's just for extra time in class and that's it. I haven't ever needed medication for it, and I haven't used the accommodations in a year. My high school GPA was a 2.9 (I didn't bother trying until my junior year, woops), my college GPA is a 2.54, and it should go up significantly after I retake a class this summer. Will this DQ me in the DODMERB? If so, can I get a waiver for it? I have the option to test out of the IEP, will this help me?
I should clarify, I'm not a cadet, but I would like to join this fall. I figured I should acknowledge this possible DQ before I potentially waste the time of the Airmen at my local detachment. If this is needed, I was wanting to go for a Pilot Slot. All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Q= Will this DQ me in the DODMERB?
A= Yes.

Q =If so, can I get a waiver for it?
A = Possibly

GUARANTEE: You won't get considered for a medical waiver, if you don't apply. It's like asking "If I invest in this stock, will I make money?" :wiggle:

I'm going to try and do my best, I would love to be apart of the Air Force. But how exactly does the waiver process work (this case, and for the average DQ cadet)?
