I've been having some troubles getting in contact with my ALO. It all started off when I was first assigned one, but had no contact information to use to reach them. I searched everywhere and still couldn't find anything, so I emailed the regional director (email #1). No response. I ended up just calling my admissions counselor and reporting the problem, and she gave me an email (email #2) of someone who could help me with the issue. I sent out an email to them that day, and got a response back from the individual two weeks later, with a link to a different email (email #3) to contact with the problem. I sent an email to email #3, of which he responded with: "Oh, that ALO retired a few years ago. What can I help you with?" I replied back asking if he could connect me with whoever my current ALO would is, but still haven't received a response as of yet.
I don't have too many questions, since my Uncle's sister graduated from USAFA and has been really helpful throughout the process. But aside from being able to ask questions, is it a major problem if I never get in contact with my ALO?
