It seems like a lot of LOAs came out today. A few of my friends received one today as well. Congrats to all recipients!

I also received an LOA today. I was initially a bit upset because I hadn't received a nomination to USAFA but I called up my Congressman's office and they told me that they had decided to use their last spot to nominate me to USAFA (weeks after they released decisions) once they received word from AF about my LOA. I went from thinking I was basically rejected to all but admitted in a span of about 10 minutes. Just waiting on CIV team and DODMERB now.

LOI is not meant to turn into a LOA automatically, actually I would guess it isn’t even a high percentage that do.
