Anyone from Tennessee recieved appointment yet?

The Tennessee nominations just went out so TN should find out soon who got into AFA. Has anyone gotten notice if they received an appointment?
 
District 2. I got 3 nominations (2 senators and my congressman) all for AFA. My liaison also told me that he wrote an amazing report on me. Due to this, I am constantly checking my portal and email to see if there are any updates. I'm very nervous to find out.

I'm from Missouri but also got both my senators and congressman's nominations. I also have a presidential nomination from my dad's service. But yeah I'm in the same boat hoping all these nominations result in an appointment. I called my admissions officer and she said that right now they are giving out appointmets to all of the "top" students. Waiting sure is nerve wracking...

Oh wow. I didn't know that. Did she say a tentative time we will find out? Within the week or two weeks?

She didn't say anything specific unfortunately, but my guess would be all the people with exceptional stats are getting appointments now

I'm in a similar boat. I'm from Alaska, and got nominations from both senators and my congressman, two for AFA and one for USNA, in addition to my presidential noms. But yeah, this waiting is killer. I have to stop myself from compulsively checking my portals every hour. The worst part is probably the vague waiting period. I could get a call now, or at the end of April, or any time in between. It's nerve wracking.

Haha same here, it would be embarrassing if they kept track of my number of visits to the portal. Well, good luck to you both and hopefully I'll see you at the academy!

DD says same thing! They would think she is crazy if tracking portal sign ins :D

I know! I've checked my portal and my email for AFA news so much in the past weeks. In fact, I've probably checked my email more in the past two weeks than in the entire couple months beforehand. Like you said, I hope they don't track portal visits. Good luck to you too! Hopefully we all get our appointments soon and will all be at the Academy before we know it!
 
Has anyone gotten their appointment who have responded on this thread? Anyone in Tennessee gotten an appointment yet? My DD is anxiously awaiting to find out if she has an appointment. I did notice when I looked at last years appointment list about 1/2 the appointments were given the 2nd week of March. Good luck to everyone.
