Being wrapped up in SA applications, I really missed out on the majority of the deadlines for colleges. Would it be appropriate to ask an ROTC unit if it would be possible to submit an application month(s) late?

Which ROTC program are you interested in? University of Wyoming applications are still being accepted and it has both AROTC and AFROTC.

Are you talking about applying late to the high school scholarship application process? Or are you talking about joining an ROTC unit at a college when you go as a freshman next year? Or are You talking about the deadlines for the school ONLY.

Im confident scenario 1 is a no (join and earn a scholarship as a college programmer). Scenario 2? I doubt deadlines have passed to join ROTC as it’s only February. And #3, there are lots of college deadlines that haven’t passed. Get busy and apply! And if the deadline HAS passed, call admissions.

@Cadet35 - A little tough love here. You found out about your DQ (SA) on Feb 11. Today is Feb 27. Stop asking questions about deadlines, figure out what your plan b, c & d is and get in touch with the schools and their ROOs. A few hours of directed, focused calls to these schools and you will know exactly where you stand.

One of the things that is preached on this forum is to have your plan b, c, d... in place. Its not too late but you are definitely cutting it close.

Well, I guess there is another scenario! Didn’t realize you already had a scholarship. I’m actually confused what/why you are asking. Did you use any of the great advice already given here? Great options!
