Less than 6 months til R-Day folks; congrats, enjoy rest of senior year, start working out now for Beast !!!
Ditto what @MidwestDad says. I cannot reiterate that enough! Beast is called Beast for a reason. Your adrenaline will get you started on R Day but your strength and stamina will have to get you through. Injuries are common and the stronger you are now, both mentally and physically, the better off you will be. My DD had a late start preparing. Hindsight she knows she should have been preparing a lot sooner and she will be the 1st to admit it, and she paid the price dearly in CBT. Now she is playing catch up, but she is doing It! So do yourself a favor and give yourself a head start!
