Hello,

I am finishing up my AROTC Scholarship application but was confused when I got to the PFA portion.

In one link, it says to have your hands over your head with fingers locked when doing the curl ups.
In another link, it says you should have your arms across your chest, like the USMA CFA style curl ups.

I am not sure which style they want me to do.

Here are both links with the first being hands over head and the second being across the chest:

1) https://m.goarmy.com/content/dam/go...dfs/hs-scholarship-physical-assessment-17.pdf
2) https://hs.usarmyrotc.com/4YR/Conte...1.RSN.AAC.USAREC.ARMY.MIL+CC FORM 145-1-1.pdf

I'm pretty sure it's the arms across chest. That's what I did at least because the form said to.

One link is from 2017, maybe the other one is an updated version?
