DS is a 3 year scholarship winner to his #1 The school gives additional 1 year scholarship to ROTC winners!!! So proud!! He sat through the first 2 boards and stayed the course until the end!

Just got an email from LTC congratulating on 4-year scholarship but portal is still showing boarded. Could this mean it comes out for everyone today?

It was "Boarded/Under Consideration" this morning, changed to "Boarded" about 30 mins ago, and "Winner" about 10 mins ago. Today has been a journey

Interesting...that fits my theory that winners go to boarded first and then to winner. And if we stay on Boarded/Under Consideration its a no. Has anyone been different than this yet this round?
