There are two school listed. I am confused now because it says this applicant was selected from the October 2021 board, but he has been showing boarded before now. It did change to winner and the message under winner changed so we thought that meant he won one (4 year). I'm confused now.

Go to your application. Click on “File Upload”. There may be a “winner Letter” in there. If yes, click on the pdf and read.

sounds correct....should be yellow Winner at top right. then Winner Message you describe above.......then schools and years of scholarship right below.
 
do different regions get notified at different times? i’m from the south east.

Let it play out all the way. If you had a strong enough application to warrant an appointment (EA I assume) to USCGA, then there is no doubt in my mind that you are very competitive for an AROTC scholarship. Will you get one? Who knows, but I'm certain you are in the game.
 
If the selection status is still listed as "Boarded", what does that mean? I was "Boarded/Under Consideration" yesterday. Is that bad news? The red banner still says not completely updated. This is so stressful!

Same here. I’m thinking they’re going in order of highest scoring applicants. It seems as though everyone who’s gotten a decision has been awarded a scholarship.Not sure why else they’d be splitting up decision times. There may still be some hope though.

Any update? Mine updated and said that the results have been finalized. I was B/UC yesterday but it switched back to boarded and hasn't changed.
 
My application still only states "Boarded," instead of "Boarded/Under Consideration," as the red banner at the top would suggest. I assume they both mean the same thing in the context of all results having been pushed out already?

Yes, you have to accept the 3AD scholarship. If you decline, you will not have any scholarship. There will be 1000 4YR scholarship awarded. If after the 3rd board, a previous 3AD recipient ended up being in the top 1000, then their scholarship will be upgraded to 4YR.

I'd rather have the system tell me straight up that I wasn't awarded during this board so I can relax already and hope for the next one. Holding on to this small chance, even though I know there's basically nothing left to do is not healthy for my mind rn lol

I feel the same way, I feel like I'm grasping at straws as I'm refreshing the page over and over again. I wish it was at least back to B/UC so I can comfortably say I didn't get it and move on.

My red tab says offers are out and if you didn’t receive one you’ll be boarded/under consideration, but mine still says just boarded. Probably just means I didn’t get one.

Yea mine is the same, except since it's not B/UC, I'm a bit confused, but I doubt there's a difference now between the two sadly.
