Army ROTC Changing Listed Schools of Intent?

I have a bit of a problem and I would greatly appreciate the help of anyone knowledgeable of the Army ROTC scholarship selection.
I was recently admitted to my top college choice and plan on attending and doing Army ROTC there regardless of scholarship selection, but I would obviously prefer to go there on scholarship. Because it was such a "reach" school for me I ranked it low on my Schools of Intent list, and now I'm worried that it won't be selected for the scholarship.
I attempted to change the list on several occasions, but the ROTC portal is not allowing me to do so. Is this intentional or a technical error? If it is intentional, what are my options other than waiting for the scholarship results to come out and requesting for a transfer of school?

You have to send an email to Cadet Command asking for them to make your desired changes on the list of schools.

mine has always allowed me to change my schools of intent's order around, and some other users have never been able to change it. i'm not sure what the difference is between those who can and cannot, but you can always email cadet command for help

Are you boarded @jakesam? DS would like to change his and he is boarded so we figured he would have to email the changes.

It will not let me delete the choices, nor will it allow me to enter in new choices. Nothing on the school of intent page is able to be altered.

Same here. Tried everything. Also emailed and called multiple numbers to no avail. I emailed the ROO at one f the schools that moved up on my list, but he didn't really give much in the ways of how to fix the issue, he just said to not worry too much.

It may have to do with your major choice. Only certain schools offer certain majors that AROTC recognize. If you are not able to change, just wait until your scholarship offers come then you can contact the school of choice personally face to face to see if they would be open to you to transfer the scholarship. My DS#1 was offered a 3yr AD to two schools but ended up transferring one to the school he is at now. DS #2 wasn't offered a scholarship from Cadet Command, so ended up being offered a campus based scholarship instead to the school of his choice. Don't stress, enjoy what's left of your senior year. Before the offers come, make sure you have made contact with the recruiter at the school you really want. Good luck to you!

You should be fine. It can take from now through May to see the change. Until everyone has been offered scholarship. It really depends on your college you plan to attend. If they have scholarship fund remaining they will give it to you. If not you may get it next year. Speak now to the ROTC BN you plan to attend.

Similar situation here. Because package was boarded, no ability to change the order (or delete a school that he didn't get accepted to). Also sent a message to cadet command 2 weeks ago but no response. Could be due to the holidays.

DS emailed cadet command and within 48 hours the schools were changed. He did not use the form on the application. He sent an email directly to USARMY.KNOX.USACC.MBX.TRAIN2LEAD@mail.mil.

I emailed that address and used the contact page. I have never been able to get mine changed. I'm worried now that the deadline is approaching.
