Army ROTC Flagship vs Project Go

Hi, I was wondering if someone knew and could clarify the differences between the National Security Education Program Flagship, ROTC Flagship, and Project GO for Army ROTC. I was curious, seeing as some of these state they are scholarships, if an 4yr ROTC scholarship would overlap with this or..? I'm majoring in a language, and I think these programs would be helpful. However, my language is not listed as one of the options, but I am considering adding Russian as a minor (which is one of the languages listed). Thanks!!

You have to actually attend the school to be eligible for the flagship, whereas project GO is something that anyone can apply for and do during the fall spring or summer.
