AROTC Scholarship Board - Week of March 23, 2020

I’m still confused, is the email we received from USF a pretty good sign of receiving a national scholarship or is it a sort of spam email? I also want to say thank you all for your constant positive support, I’m praying for you all!
 
I’m still B/UC. I had USF On my list so I’m a bit worried now considering they reached out to people. I’ve been B/UC since the first board.
 
USF is not supposed to contact any winners. No one is. The list is not approved for release until the portals change. Some of our winners still show “interviewee” and some show winning statuses (scholarships to specific schools). I don't know if thats a system flaw or a list flaw. Hence why no one is supposed to reach out.

We reach out to recruit with the notion of early bird gets the worm. Feel free to shop around for “good deals” but ultimately most ROTC programs are the same. Go to the university you will excel at. You’ll probably have 2-3 PMS’ in your 4 years. Some are good, others not as good.
 
Nursing scholarships are a separate board. Don't know when they meet.

Question, has anyone been boarded and not received any calls or email from any program congratulating them?
