Your daughter can always jump on the Admissions live chat, candidate number in hand, with any questions, including status of something that might be in the system but not yet reflected in the candidate-facing portal. Easily found on the Admissions page, click the chat bubble, and it will either be live or reveal upcoming live chats.
The important thing is your daughter has done these things before the deadline and her BGO knows it. There is no reason to think a door would close on her. As noted, she can easily check, and if not there yet, choose a day a week down the road to check again. Then if she wants to drop a note to BGO…
There are enormous amounts of data pouring into Admissions - final applications, BGO interviews, academic data, nominations, etc.
As a general note, this is a great illustration and very helpful for new readers here getting ready to apply for USNA for ‘27 about knocking out elements of the application months before the deadline, to reduce pre-deadline stress. The CFA requirements are right on usna.edu, there are plenty of YouTube videos and websites on CFA prep, a good selection of options as to allowed CFA administrators. Any next -cycle applicants can be working on CFA element prep right now, researching venues and potential administrators, ready to execute the CFA with a comfortably strong score above the median, as soon as they are an official candidate in the summer. That may not be possible for some for a variety of reasons or those late to realizing they want to apply to USNA.
