USNA commits to let everyone know by April 15. That typically means every candidate has some sort of letter in hand (BFE, TWE, WL) by April 15 (not that they're mailed out that day).
I would not be surprised if WP is "pressuring" you b/c, quite understandably, they are trying to figure out their yield. Here's the question to ask yourself -- if you get an appointment to or are WL'ed by USNA, will you turn down your WP appointment? If yes, then wait. If not, then commit now to WP. You have to make the decision at some point and there isn't much more info about the two options that will suddenly appear between now and May 1 (USNA commitment date).
If you're WL'ed to USNA, my recommendation would be to accept WP. There is no guarantee you will come off USNA's WL. In some prior years, up to 35 have ultimately received appointments. More recently, the number has been zero or close to it. With the smaller class size and the focus this year on yield, I would expect there to be relatively few people selected from the WL. So, if you'd rather go to WP than your third option, I'd take it. [Note: the prior comment re the WL is my personal view and does NOT necessarily reflect USNA Admissions position.]
