I just did a practice CFA. Here is how I did on each event:
Basketball throw: 60ft
Pull-ups: 18
Shuttle run: 8.7sec
Sit-ups: 89
Push-ups: 66
Mile: 6:17
With these numbers, am I ready to take the real CFA, or should I keep training? If I keep training, which events should I focus on?
