I am a female applying for the class of 2024. I have retaken my CFA and the results are below.

Basketball Throw: 45'
Pull-Ups: 7
Shuttle Run: 8.24
Sit-Ups: 71
Push-Ups: 34
Mile Run: 7:16

Thoughts?

You can always improve. Your scores are all better than mine except for the BB throw and I passed.
Basketball Throw: 51'
FAH: 16.4s
Shuttle Run: 9.4
Sit-Ups: 63
Push-Ups: 28
Mile Run: 7:57

They look very good to me.

It's January 30. Deadline is Jan. 31. What if you had a worse re-test? No time to correct. The scores are fine and the risk is far too great for retaking.

You should be fine. My DS was an NROTC re-applicant last year and I can't remember what his numbers were exactly except his mile time was like 7:45, which isn't good by most standards. But the sequencing of the tests and time in between each test is what's challenging. He did all of his tests inside but then, after he was tired from those, he had to very quickly change into outdoor running gear and he ran is mile through the city of Milwaukee on a cloudy, light-snow, 25-degree day. He was concerned about that so he contacted his admissions officer and he told him that he was fine. It's a pass/fail thing.

Just stay in shape this Spring in prep for Plebe Summer. Kids that let themselves get out of shape in the Spring will struggle (sometimes desperately) during the 95+-degree heat of Maryland in June.
