You should be fine. My DS was an NROTC re-applicant last year and I can't remember what his numbers were exactly except his mile time was like 7:45, which isn't good by most standards. But the sequencing of the tests and time in between each test is what's challenging. He did all of his tests inside but then, after he was tired from those, he had to very quickly change into outdoor running gear and he ran is mile through the city of Milwaukee on a cloudy, light-snow, 25-degree day. He was concerned about that so he contacted his admissions officer and he told him that he was fine. It's a pass/fail thing.
Just stay in shape this Spring in prep for Plebe Summer. Kids that let themselves get out of shape in the Spring will struggle (sometimes desperately) during the 95+-degree heat of Maryland in June.
