Soon...and you are assuming it will change to winner. It might stay “Boarded” until the last round.

You are now on the OML. I’m sure in the next week or two Cadet Command will use that OML to make the next round of offers.

So my status looks like it is still Boarded/Under Consideration...does this mean I will not receive a scholarship from the January board?
Edit: I just want to say Clarkson, you're the most helpful user on here yet also the most infuriating with an endless number of vague answers.
 
It means that you are currently boarded and under consideration. See the attachment. One of the best skills/attributes you will learn from serving in the military is 'paying attention to detail'. Additionally, 'Hurry up and Wait' is always a great way to learn patience. It is out of your control. Do you have fall back plans, i.e. plan 'b', 'c' and a potential 'd' to operate and execute from? Another great lesson from service is 'lateral thinking' and 'contingency planning.' All incredibly useful skills in the real world and business. Good luck, stay focused and have plans to execute from.

Weird, I’m still under “Boarded/Under Consideration, not “Boarded”. Wonder what the difference is as the wording description of both is essentially the same right now?
 
If I can suggest, please don’t read too much into this change in status . My DS’ status changed During the October board from boarded under consideration to boarded then back to boarded under consideration. He did not receive an offer from that round but is still in contention for this and the last board. So don’t be discouraged if your starusbdidn’t change or too excited if it did. I’ve seen several examples in both directions from status changes. Some went back to under consideration and several others went to winner.

I think it means literally and only that you are ranked and on the list from which scholarship offers will be granted in the weeks ahead. And if you’re status did not change today maybe it means they’ll finish updating the list later this week. All of you Definitely are still in contwntion. This is not the final board.

Don't stress too much - my DD is still "Boarded/Under Consideration". Not everyone changed. Some weeks back, I searched previous posts to see what status people had before being offered scholarships, and it was all over. A good number switched in between the two statuses then were offered, others came from B/UC, still others straight from Boarded. I told DD not to panic - it is what it is, at this point.
 
My DS was awarded a 4 year AROTC scholarship in the March 2018 board .. when he moved into his college in August 2018 it still stated “boarded/under consideration” under his status. Don’t focus too much on what your ROTC scholarship application portal states. He was notified in April 2018 via email from the ROTC program at his school that he was awarded a 4 year.
 
The only change to your status that will matter is whether it changes to Winner or stays as it is once the results come out.

Don't get wrapped up or worried about the changes you see between Boarded or Boarded and Under Consideration, both simply mean that you were boarded by either the first or second board. In the past the system has changed the status pages often before the results came out, it doesn't mean anything other then what was stated above.

This is like a pregnancy, it may take longer then expected but at some point that baby is going to come. Be patient.
 
Yeah my status just changed to Boarded this morning, though it was still u/c last night.

I dont think it means much of anything in terms of win/loss, its probably more an administrative technicality to help organize things on Armys side of things.

I am guilty of trying to play the mind games with Army just as much as anyone else but ultimately no one knows for sure until winners are announced
