appointments still coming?

84 appointments posted on the appointment thread. If you assume a 90% acceptance rate and, further, a 10% participation rate on this forum, (both debatable assumptions, I admit) then about 750 appointments have been accepted, leaving about 300. If 180 or so current Prepsters and maybe 80 Falcons get offers (which will likely all get accepted) then very, very few more will get direct entry appointments. :frown:

In other words, it's like we're attending Gotterdammerung, and the curtain is down, and the stage crew is busy rearranging the set, in preparation for the final scene where the soprano playing the Valkyrie Brunnhilde, will sing a 20 minute aria that pretty much wraps up the opera.

What's a hill? We don't have those in Kansas. :rolleyes: For some reason I feel like it involves running, high altitude, and a "hill." Fun fun!

"The hill" refers to AFA which is just up the hill from the Prep School.
