If you won't be a US citizen until after age 23, and want to be a US Air Force officer, AFROTC or OTS are the routes that would work (or Guard/Reserve options).

If you're not interested in doing whatever you need to do to receive a VERY COMPETITIVE nomination from your Korean government to attend a U.S. Service Academy and then return to serve in your ROK Air Force, then you need to research a different path to serve in the U.S. Air Force after you become a U.S. citizen.
