College acceptance upload?

We found out today that DS was accepted to his #1 school choice :) We found out through the college's online webadvisor system. It says an admission packet will arrive in the mail within 2 weeks. He would like to be able to include the acceptance on his AROTC application ( he is board ready for 1st board) and I know there is an option in the drop down menu of the portal for college acceptance letters. However document submission deadline is this Sun Oct 1st. If the letter hasn't arrived in the mail by then, do you think uploading a screenshot of the accepted notification would be appropriate?
Thank you

1. Well, it certainly can't hurt.
2. That being said I'm not certain that it makes much difference. That area probably has more to do with scholarship transfers but I'm just guessing. In any case, that brings me back to item #1.

The board will not consider acceptance letters, so no need to worry about uploading. Kinnem is right, acceptances are needed for a transfer request.
