So I have done a lot of reading on these boards as I wait for the results with the rest of you, and I understand where you're supposed to keep working our backup plans for our kids while we wait. But a different line of questioning on the same topic, my daughter has received acceptance letters from A few of her top 5 schools for the nrotc scholarship, but most of them require a deposit at some point. One of them is as soon as March 15th. Do you think the Navy knows which schools have sooner deposit deadlines for admission and will try to fill those programs more quickly? I would hate for her to end up receiving an award to a school that she lost her spot in because we didn't put a deposit down there. But as you can imagine I don't care to put a bunch of deposits down on schools that she will not be able to attend. Your thoughts?
